How do I upgrade my account?
Go to Settings > Membership in your main menu for prices, packages and payment methods available in your area. You can also upgrade directly from any premium feature prompt inside the app.
What can I do as a free member?
As a free (Classic) member you can browse profiles, make matches, see who is online, take part in polls and competitions, read posts and contribute to Spaces and Chat Rooms. Messaging frequency, daily matches and premium features such as stealth mode are restricted on the free tier.
Will TS Fling show on my bank statement?
No. Billing is discreet — your statement shows a neutral descriptor with no reference to dating or TS Fling.
Does my membership automatically renew?
Yes. Your membership renews automatically based on the package you selected. For your package details, rebill dates and billing amount, go to Settings > Membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
Go to Help & Support > Contact Us in your main menu, open a chat with the bubble in the bottom right corner and follow: VIP Membership > I want to amend my subscription > I want to cancel my subscription.
I pay via SMS. How do I cancel?
To stop billing from a mobile phone provider, text STOP to 89595.
I pay via PayPal. How do I cancel?
After cancelling your membership with us (see above), also cancel the recurring payment inside the PayPal app to stop future billing from PayPal's side.
Why does my card keep being declined?
Re-enter your card details first to rule out typos. If it continues and you have sufficient funds, it is likely a bank-level restriction on online or adult-category payments. Contact your card provider and ask them to authorise the transaction. If you have exceeded your daily attempts, wait 24 hours and try again.
What is the difference between VIP and VIP Plus?
VIP unlocks every premium feature: unlimited messaging, advanced filters, stealth mode, private albums, exclusive chat rooms and priority placement. VIP Plus adds priority placement for your messages and likes and boosted visibility for your profile and posts sitewide.
