These are our standards.

TS Fling is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. This is not a guideline — it is an absolute requirement.

• Users must confirm their age during registration
• Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is suspended immediately pending verification
• Accounts confirmed to belong to a person under 18 are permanently removed

Everything we offer — casual hookups, flirting, private photo sharing — depends entirely on every participant being a consenting adult. Age verification is the first line of that protection.

Casual only works when everyone is enthusiastically on board. Consent is required for every interaction — online and offline — and it can be withdrawn at any time.

• Do not send explicit photos or messages to anyone who has not clearly asked for them
• “No”, silence or a change of mind means stop — immediately and without argument
• Respect stated boundaries on profiles and in conversation
• Never pressure, guilt or bargain with someone to meet, reveal photos or go further than they want
• Discretion is part of consent: never screenshot, share or expose another member's identity, photos or conversations

Members who ignore consent are removed. There is no “casual” exception to respect.

The following is strictly prohibited on TS Fling. Members may not upload, share, solicit or communicate:

• Any imagery, video, text or audio involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
• Explicit content involving individuals who appear or are suspected to be under 18
• Any attempt to bypass age restrictions or verification
• Solicitation or offering of paid sexual services, escorting or any commercial sexual activity
• Content that promotes trafficking, exploitation or unsafe contact of any kind
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sharing another member's photos or identity without permission
• Slurs, dehumanising language or “fetish” framing directed at trans women or any member
• Requests for money, gift cards, “verification fees” or financial information

Prohibited content is removed immediately upon detection. The account responsible is actioned without notice.

Every member of TS Fling is expected to maintain a standard of conduct that keeps this community safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Members must:

• Treat trans women as women, and every member with respect, regardless of what they are looking for
• Not engage in harassment, predatory behaviour, coercion or unwanted contact
• Report suspicious accounts or activity immediately using the in-app report tool
• Not misrepresent their identity, age, gender or intentions in their profile or in conversation
• Keep other members' privacy as carefully as their own

These expectations connect directly to the values on our About page: we respect our members, and we ask our members to respect each other.

Discretion is a safety feature. These tools exist so you can explore freely without exposure.

We never sell your data, never show your exact location (distance only) and never require your real name.

We do not rely on members alone to keep this platform safe. We invest in active safety infrastructure.

Same-night meets are part of the appeal. A few habits keep them hot and safe.

• Video chat before you meet to confirm you are talking to the person in the photos
• Meet in a public place first — a bar or hotel lobby — even for a quick drink
• Tell a trusted friend where you are going and when you expect to be back
• Keep your home address private until you genuinely trust someone
• Never send money, gift cards or “deposits” to anyone — real members never ask
• Trust your instincts. If anything feels off, leave. You owe no one an explanation.

If you see something that does not belong here, report it. Every report is taken seriously.

Report any suspected violation directly in the app using the report tool on the relevant profile or message, or email [email protected].

We investigate all reports. Where illegal activity is suspected, we escalate to law enforcement. We never penalise a member for making a good-faith report.

We enforce these standards firmly and consistently. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, consequences include:

TS Fling reserves the right to remove any content or account that threatens the safety of the platform or its members, at its sole discretion.
